Mr. Huan Tang focuses on the field of corporate legal services. The legal services he provides are principally to serve as the permanent legal advisor for companies, provide legal opinions on their various operational legal issues, drafting, amending, and reviewing legal documents, standardizing business processes, establishing internal enterprise systems, standardizing enterprise employment systems, participating in business negotiations, attending company decision meetings and providing business-related legal training.

Mr. Tang has gained a wealth of experience handling over 300 litigation and arbitration cases of various types. These include collateral contract disputes, loan contract disputes, construction land use right disputes and contract disputes related to construction, commissioned creation, property sale, property lease, sale and franchises, as well as private loan and shareholders’ right to know disputes. Mr. Tang has provided legal services for companies including PetroChina, Bank of Communications, Hana Bank, the Anhui branch of Exim Bank of China, Agricultural Bank of China, China Unicom, Beijing North Star, Yeland Group, Central Asia Petroleum Company, Beijing Instrument Industry Group, China Coal Research Institute, Beijing E-hualu Information Technology Co., Smartisan Technology (Beijing) Co., Shangneng Power Group, Beijing Datang Hetong Mechanical Transport Technology Co., Beijing Fresenius Kabi Pharmaceutical Co., ECM (Beijing) Industrial Furnace Trading Co., Beijing Construction Engineering Renovation Co., and other large enterprises. Mr. Tang has provided legal risk prevention and control services to China Netcom (and the post-reorganization China Unicom) for two consecutive years. He has represented clients in arbitration cases with subjects in the billions of RMB, the litigation of a construction contract dispute case for a segment of the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed rail, the arbitration of a construction contract dispute involving the Shanghai World Expo, and a contract dispute case with a subject of over RMB100 million handled by multiple domestic and foreign banks. Mr. Tang was commissioned by a bank for liquidation legal services and participated in an application to the Supreme People’s Court for a retrial, a commissioned creation contract dispute involving a hit television show broadcast by Hunan Television, a group case triggered by a private offering involving a subject of over RMB100 million for a large enterprise, a civil-criminal case involving many individuals and a subject of over RMB100 million for a large enterprise, the arbitration of a state-owned land use right transfer contract dispute involving a company and individuals with the surnames Wu and Huang, and other cases. As a creditor agent, Mr. Tang Huan participated in the bankruptcy liquidation cases of Guangdong Lanyue Energy Development Co. and Guangdong Lanhai Shipping Co.
